Quick links to download booking forms:

We ask for regular half termly bookings for Breakfast Club and After School Club. to guarantee our ratios at each are correct.

Any additional sessions will need to be booked by email or text by Sunday evening.

We always try and accommodate emergency last minute same day bookings so please message us on the mobile number and make sure you have received confirmation to guarantee the booking.

Pre school Sessions must be booked in a weekly pattern for a half term block

Pricing

Registration Fee (Per Family per Annum/ Renewable every September) – £10

Current Prices (Sept 2024- July 2025)

Breakfast Club – 7.45am- Beginning of the school day (£6.50)  

After School Club Sessions –

End of school day until 5pm – £11

End of school day until 6pm – £14

Preschool Afternoon session -12.30- 3.30pm- £22.50

Summer Camp Full Day £42 – 8.00am – 5.30pm

Summer Camp  3/4 Day £36 – 9.00am – 3.15pm

We accept the 30 free hour code for those who are eligible.

Please note: For Preschool afternoon sessions, there is an additional cost (payable to school) to cover the supervision of lunch (parent supplied packed lunch) to link morning to afternoon care from 11.45 to 12.30pm

Booking Guide

  1. Please read the information pages on this site about each club or session you want to book your child on too.
  2.  Please check out the FAQ section and Rules section
  3. Now you are ready to complete your form, please download to correct form from here:

  4. Complete the form(s) and email it to friendstogether1 [at] hotmail [dot]com
  5.  Save the clubs contact number of 07933 046 834 so you can contact us about anything (or if you are running late to pick your child up)
  6. Await confirmation of your booking and we’re good to go!
  7. Invoices will be sent half termly to the email address
